Freeware to quickly create a radio repeater. Handles simplex, duplex, transponder and mixed repeaters. Requires a sound card and Win95/98/ME/2000/NT/XP. The program includes a lot of recording functions to be discovered by clicking the opposite flags. The watching function by the program WATCHDOG included in the zip. The last release features pre-defined planned DTMF sequences.
