AC-15-Z (ALL Countries of 15th Zone)
This award is issued for contacts with at least 23 countries or call areas
located in CQ Zone 15: 9A, 9H, ES, HA, HV, I, IS, LY, OE (2 call areas),
OH0, OH (3 call areas), OJ0, OK, OM, S5, SP (4 call areas), T7, T9, TK, UA2,
YL, YU, Z3, ZA.
Contacts with 4 call areas of Poland are obligatory. All contacts are valid
from 1 January 1955.

W - 21 - M (Worked with 21st Meridian)
This award is issued for contacts with at least 16 countries situated on the
meridian 21 degrees east: 5A, 9Q, A2, D2, HA, JW, LA, LY, OH, OH0, OM, SM,
SP, SV, TL, TT, UA2, YL, YO, YU, V5, Z3, ZA, ZS.
Contacts with Poland is obligatory. All contacts are valid from 1 January
1955.

SP - 50 MHz AWARD
This award is available in three classes:
Class 1 - for confirmed contacts with 10 SP stations located in 6 middle
field locator,
Class 2 - for confirmed contacts with 20 SP stations located in 12 middle
field locator,
Class 3 - for confirmed contacts with 30 SP stations located in all SP call
areas (1-9) and 20 middle field locator.
All contacts in 50 MHz band are valid from 1. January 1995.

"Pilgrimages of the Holy Father"
Performed by the Pope John Paul II
1. Availability: This award is available by individual amateur stations,
club stations and shortwave listeners (SWL's) in Poland and worldwide.
2. Purpose: To commemorate the pilgrimages performed by Pope John Paul II
and to honour by Polish amateurs the Person of the Great Pole. This award
will be issue in indefinite term.
3. Obtainment Conditions: To perform confirmed QSO's after the date
16.10.1978 with countries visited by Pope John Paul II during his
pontificate. QSO's made through ground- and satellite repeaters will not
count for this award. Prefixes of relevant countries are given below.
4. Award Classes:
HF
Class I for QSO with at least 110 countries
Class II for QSO with at least 75 countries
Class III for QSO with at least 50 countries
VHF
Class I for QSO with at lest 15 countries
Class II for QSO with at least 10 countries
Class III for QSO with at least 5 countries
On HF radio contacts with Poland and Italy are obligatory.

SP-PA "SP-Powiat Award"
Due to an administrative reorganization the territory of Poland has been
divided into 380 smaller districts called "Powiats" (read: poviats).
The SP - PA is available for individual amateur stations, club stations and
SWL's in Poland and worldwide.
An applicant has to obtain confirmed QSO's with at least 100 "Powiats"
performed since the date 1.01.1999. QSOs with districts "Powiats" BW, GH,
LL, LK, UM, WG, WP, since the date 1.01. 2002. A special sticker is
available for 200, 300, 350 , SP-PA ALL "Powiats". Frequency bands and
emissions of contacts are of any choice. Crossband QSO's and contacts made
through ground- and satellite repeaters do not count for this award.
Owners of the VHF categories (licences) only may obtain the SP-PA for
performing at least 50 confirmed QSO's with different Powiats in at least
three different call-areas of SP.

POLSKA
(new edition)
The POLSKA award is available for individual amateur stations, club stations
and SWL`s in Poland and worldwide.
An applicant has to obtain confirmed QSO`s with at least 16 provinces
(wojewodztwos) performed since the date 1.01.1999 according to the new
administrative division in Poland.
On HF contacts SP - at least 5 stations in each province (wojewodztwo).
                         EU - at least 2 stations in each province.
                         DX - at least 1 stations in each province.
Owners of the VHF categories (licences) contacts at least 5 stations in 4
(four) provinces. Frequency band and emissions of contacts are of any
choice. Crossband QSO`s and contacts made through ground- and satellite
repeaters do not count for this award.
The POLSKA Award can be received if special application is added with award
fee to the contest log. Only QSOs made within one SP DX contest year are
valid for award credit.

The "SN0HQ-I" Award is issued for QSOs with SN0HQ,
made during one edition of the IARU Contest, starting from 2003.
Required: SP-5, EU-4, DX-3 QSOs. Separate certificate for each year. SWL OK.

The "SN0HQ-II" Award is issued for QSOs with SN0HQ,
made during at least two IARU Contest editions, starting from 2000.
Required: SP-12, EU-9, DX-6 QSOs. SWL OK.

EUROPEAN UNION SP AWARD "EU-SP-A"
This award is available for confirmed QSOs after the date 1 January 2004
with 25 European Union Member States: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus,
Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary,
Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal,
Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, United Kingdom.

JUBILEE AWARD
"75 years of PZK" "80 years of IARU" "10 years of Swiat Radio"
The Jubilee Award is issued by The Polish Amateur Radio Society PZK and AVT,
the editor of "Swiat Radio" magazine.
The award is being issued on the occasion of the 75th jubilee of Polski
Zwiazek Krotkofalowcow (PZK), 80 years since the creation of IARU and 10
yaers of existence of "Swiat Radio" on the Polish market. The award is
available for licensed amateurs and listeners.
All radio contacts held between January 1st 2005 and 31 December 2005 count
for the award.
All amateur frequency bands and emissions can be used in the contacts.
To qualify for the Jubilee Award, the applicant needs 75 points for the
basic award and 750 points for the Throphy Award. Polish stations have to
contact members of PZK for these contacts, foreign amateurs can communicate
with any Polish station.
Scoring: A QSO with a Polish station - 2 points, a QSO with
special-call-sign stations (75 years of PZK) with prefixes SP75, SQ75, SN75,
3Z75, 3Z0, SP0, - 5 points; a QSO with special call-sign-stations ((75 years
of PZK and 80 years of IARU) with an IARU suffix - 10 points; a QSO with
HF75PZK gives 15 points.
Foreign stations from Europe multiply these points by 2, DX stations outside
Europe multiply these points by 3.
In the application for the basic Jubilee award one can count only one
contact with a Polish station. For the sticker Trophy award, you can count
one QSO with the same Polish station using CW, one on phone and one using a
digital mode on each of the bands. Stickers are available for PHONE, CW,
MIXED, RTTY, PSK and SSTV modes.
The cost of the award for foreign stations is 5 EURO, 5 USD or 5 (new) IRCs.
The award will be issued until the end of 2009.
Applications for the Jubilee award should be sent in the form of a log
extract to: PZK Award Manager, Augustyn Wawrzynek, SP6BOW, P.O. Box 54, 85 -
613 Bydgoszcz 13, Poland.
The Award Manager has the right to check the contacts specified in the
application by asking the appropriate correspondents.
The beautiful award is printed in full color.

Notes: The PZK Awards are available to licensed amateurs and SWLs. All
contacts, any band and mode CW, PHONE, RTTY, SSTV or MIXED are valid for
these awards. It is no need to send QSL cards. However, the GCR list must be
certified by the awards manager of your society, or by a radio club, or by
two licensed amateurs.
